Refund policy

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return.

 

To be returned, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. To start a return, email us at dannysk777@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before we reply with the return address. You pay for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. You do not need to send it back.

 

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method. Refunds usually show up within 10 business days.

 

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships.
